1. Service provider identification

2. Service description
Syntra is a SaaS financial management platform that enables document digitisation, AI data extraction, financial analysis and insights. The service is provided 'as is' and does not constitute professional tax, accounting, legal or financial advice.
3. Plans and payments
We offer a 7-day free plan and monthly paid plans (Starter €33/month, Pro €83/month, Business €243/month). During the current promotional period, the Pro plan is priced at €42 for the first month. Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard; no refunds are issued for the period already billed.
4. Satisfaction guarantee — conditions and procedure
Syntra offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for paid plans. To claim it: (a) you must have actively used the platform during the period (minimum 5 documents processed); (b) you must submit a written request to info@syntra.business within the first 30 calendar days of your paid subscription; (c) the Syntra team will review your usage and, if conditions are met, issue a refund of the first month's amount within 14 business days to the original payment method. Excluded from the guarantee: additional months after the first, free plans, and cases of fraudulent use or breach of these terms. The guarantee does not cover the user's business financial results — Syntra is a support tool, not a consulting service.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Syntra for illegal activities, not to attempt to access other users' data, not to reverse engineer the service, and not to upload documents without authorisation from their owner.
6. Data ownership
You are the sole owner of the data you upload to Syntra. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.
7. Limitation of liability — tax and accounting disclaimer
Syntra is a financial management support tool. Data extracted by AI (amounts, VAT rates, tax codes, accounting categories) may contain errors or inaccuracies. Syntra is not certified accounting software and does not replace the intervention of an accountant, tax advisor or auditor. The user is responsible for verifying all data before submitting any tax return or official document. Syntra accepts no liability for penalties, surcharges, interest or losses arising from use of the platform's information without appropriate professional verification. In no event shall Syntra's liability exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 3 months of subscription.
8. Service availability
We commit to 99.5% monthly uptime. For planned maintenance we will notify you 24 hours in advance.
9. Cancellation and deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. Your data will be permanently deleted within 90 days, unless legally required to retain it.
10. Modifications
We may modify these terms with 30 days' notice by email. Continued use of the service after that period implies acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts according to applicable regulations.
